Stuart Kearney - President
University of Queensland

I am originally from Rockhampton, and moved down to Brisbane to study aerospace engineering at UQ. I’ve just started the third year of the course, and I’m enjoying it immensely. My main interests are recreational flying, aerodynamics, team management and cricket. This is my fifth year being involved with the aerospace forum, and I’m looking forward to meeting this years batch of aerospace enthusiasts.

I am from Rockhampton in Queensland and am a third year Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering student. I live on campus at Duchesne College and enjoy playing social sports such as netball and dancing, and I am a Student Ambassador for The Universtiy of Queensland. I was a student at the Queensland Youth Aerospace Forum in 2007, was Chair of the 2009 AYAF, and I am thrilled to be back and involved in this year's AYAF - I can tell we're going to have a great week!

Brruntha Sundaram - Student Liason
University of Queensland

I was born in Malaysia and have lived in Brisbane for the past ten years. I am currently in my fourth year of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at university. In my role as the student liaison  officer   during QYAF 2008's camp I coordinated all aspects of the application process prior to and  during the camp, including student and leader applications, special requirements and medical forms.  Along with the students, I had the privilege of visiting companies such as Pratt and Whitney,  Aviation Australia, Helitech and Brisbane Airport Corporation. I was particularly intrigued by the  aircraft engine design at Pratt and Whitney, and hope to be involved in that field upon my  graduation.  My favourite subjetcs at uni are Mathematics and Thermodynamics and I hope to apply  this interest in my career. My extracurricular interests include playing the violin, rock climbing and  netball. This will be my third forum as one of its organisers, and I can't wait to be part of another great forum!
